This is about Lawrence DePaoli a local resident for over 25 years and counting talking about the people I meet and the places I go while driving for both Uber and Lyft.
Growing up in New York City
I like my wife grew up in The Bronx in New York City. Growing up in a big city in the 1970s and 80s was a lot of fun but also very stressful, and when you hit a certain age for me around 30 I wanted to live little differently so it was time for a change. I had worked all over the city and in Westchester. I was in sales and drove trucks for UPS and spent many years in the car business. After having kids we decided to move to Florida.

Time to move
We moved to Florida in 1998 taking our family to Bradenton Florida my wife of over 35 years and I looked at other warm climates to raise our family and we decided this was a perfect fit, and from the beginning we knew it would take everything we had to make it work. And it has been just amazing like living a dream with so many adventures and changes along the way.
Making it work
Although I went from selling cars here and doing well, to building up a large newspaper route moving up to 15,000 papers a week. I was able to do this for over a decade. After all that time with the many changes in the area it was time for a change.

Living in the Bradenton Sarasota area has changed so much now over 4 million people come here each year. Whether they are on vacation or weekend getaways and
for weddings and a host of other reasons and now millions are starting to call this wonderful place home. The Bradenton Sarasota area used to be mostly made up people
from the south and mid west, now so many people are discovering this piece of paradise. As a result they are coming from all over the world and are starting over just like I did over
a quarter of a century ago. So I just wanted you to know about Lawrence DePaoli.
I have started the Gulf Coast Ride Share Guy to answer questions, people would ask me over the years of living here, and after driving over 5,000 rides the questions were basically the same what’s the best beaches restaurants airport options bars attractions. and in addition I will try to be able to answer the questions, and show images and videos of the places I go and the people I meet.
